There's a Bear out There                                           

You’ve heard the story:  Two hikers are in the woods when they encounter a bear, looking hungry and mean.  The bear starts to pursue, with dinner in mind.  After running a while, one runner stops, sits down, and calmly switches from hiking boots to sneakers.  “What are you doing?!” his partner screams in disbelief,  “We’ve got to outrun that bear!”.    He hears the reply,   “No, I don’t have to outrun the bear.  I just have to outrun you.”
